This Agreement is personal to the member and may not be assigned, transferred or purchased or disposed of other than by the member.

Automatic Payment Agreement:

1. Monthly Membership payments shall be made in advance by direct debit from the member’s credit/debit account. This information will be kept on file by Vital Skin & Body LLC. Either party may cancel the membership with 1 week’s notice to Vital Skin & Body LLC. by text 254-931-4323 or email [email protected]

2. Vital Skin & Body reserves the right to review subscriptions periodically. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice in writing via email of any changes, which include: (i) any increase in membership fee, (ii) change in date of automatic withdrawal, (iii) policy changes and cancelations.

3. Credit/Debit card transactions that are declined will be charged a $10 fee to re-entry after second attempt is declined. The member will be contacted and if there is no response membership will be canceled. There will be a $10 fee to re-enroll at that time. Please call or text me if there needs to be a card update.

Termination or Suspension of Membership:

1. Vital Skin & Body LLC. reserves the right to cancel at any time or suspend the membership of any member in the event of the following:

The member commits a serious breach of this Agreement and/or Vital Skin & Body LLC. Rules and Regulations policy.

Where any monies are due to Vital Skin & Body LLC. by the member remain unpaid for 30+ days after its due date for payment.

The member knowingly provides false details when applying for membership and the false declaration would have reasonably affected Vital Skin Body’s decision to grant the membership.

If Vital Skin & Body LLC terminates for any reason, they reserve the right to retain any monies received to cover any reasonable costs they have incurred as a result.
